PROFILE OVERVIEW
Responsible for managing the learning & development functions for the region.
RELATIONSHIP & REPORTING STRUCTURE
* Reporting to : Manager - Learning
* Liases with : Internally – All employees of the region.
* Externally – Consultants & Vendors.
PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
* Identify the training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of the business environment, pace of changing organisation, changing skill sets etc. and create a “Learning Organization” culture.
* Responsible for content / Module development & delivering the same.
* Building matrices for measuring & increasing learning effectiveness.
* Responsible for driving training initiatives for Lifestyle regional operations.
* Regular interface with Concept / Operations / Functions to implement Training initiatives that would enable employees to meet their objectives.
* Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues, if any.
