Expected to contribute and effectively communicate new ideas/concepts to scientist and engineer team members.
Analyze data and recommends approaches for next experiments.
Provide clear and sound input for process development.
Recruiting/training of the team, project planning, design and execution of experiments in addition to providing support for technical transfer activities.
Drive implementation of project by establishing strategy and timelines.
Prepare technical goals for team, review progress and conduct performance review.
