1. Develop the HR/IR startegy & efficient implementation of the same in line with business objectives.
2. Manage the entire gamut of HR activities
3. Lead the HR team & thereby ensuring excellent support to business
4. Ensure 100% compliance with various statutory regulations, wherever applicable
5. Drive change management intiatives, as and when required
1. Heading/handling HR activities in a manufacturing company.
2. Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
3. Significant exposure to various HR verticals like Compensation & Benefits, TalentManagement, manpower planning, budgeting etc
4. Excellent planning & execution capabilities with a strong focus on process & results, communication& Interpersonal skills.
