# Should have experience in Sales & marketing of CAD/CAM/CAE/Industrial solutions
# Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
# Should have experience in MIS reporting of Sales process and receivables control
# Market coverage and Business Intelligence
# Excellent Team Player
# Should be able to identify new accounts and close business independently through the entire process
# Should have strong communication skills (techno commercial skills preferred)
# Should have excellent Sales skill and Business Orientation
# Should have experience in Reference selling and account management
# Should have Industry knowledge (Automotive, Aerospace, ESO , Defence)
