1. Liaison with land owner for land acquisition.
2. Liaison with all state Govt.agencies for getting all clearences. 3. Should have knowledge of legal process for land acquisition for Projects.
4. Identify areas / Opportunity for reek estate projects.
5. Understand FSI & Real estate sales.
