Commerece graduate or post graduate with 10-15 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer durable industry having sales background.


 


Job Reaponsibility



  • To achieve monthly sales and collection as per the target given.


  • To handle 5 Key customer personally apart from supporting the team on other Key customers

  • Prepare a customer contact programme on the 1st of every month and ensuring that the complete team prepares the same

  • Analysis of Secondary sales of the previous month in beginning of every month compared with the plan of the previous month.

  • Prepare a business plan by 3rd of every month based on the prospect. The plan should cover sales plan and collection plan,  market wise, product wise, segment wise  and sales person wise plan.

  • Competition analysis to be done a quarterly basis

  • Design the sales related activity by 3rd of every month. The following to be covered: Demo plans, Road Shows, Seminars, Gratitude letters and Mailers

  • Strict control on distributor billing as per the commercial policy

  • To ensure that the region/ area does not have a receivables of more than 45 days of the average sales

  • To ensure that the region/area does not carry a closing stock of more than 15 days at the end of the month

  • To ensure that all the stocks are made available as per the billing plans

  • To work towards weekly closing instead of monthly closing

  • To monitor interstate billing personally along with the respective regional commercial executive

  • To ensure that all the sales quotation are as per the price list and commercial policy

  • To ensue all the credit notes and disputes are cleared on a monthly basis

  • Potential mapping exercise to be conducted every quarter.

  • To ensure that the module is filled as planned.

  • Direct import offer shall be submitted only by the regional head in concurrence with National Head and Commercial. All the part code should be as per the clearance of National Head and Marketing.
