Production Control Analyst (PCA)
1. Monitor the batch cycle jobs, JES2 & JES3 console messages using Various Scheduling tools like CA7, Zeke, OPC, and Jobtrac.
2. Perform Break fix Analysis for Production Abends and Escalate in time to appropriate teams in achieving the SLA
3. Restarts of abends as per Request using CA11/Zebb/Jobtrac
4. Basic Understanding of Mainframe Subsystems Like TSO IPSF,CICS,DB2
5. Good and Working Knowledge of JCL
6. Responsible for providing production support (24X7) which involves
Experience: 2 - 6 Years
