To be responsible for grooming, training, discipline and welfare of beauty staff, masseurs and staff of men’s saloon. To allocate workload and manage weekly off days for beauty staff, masseurs and ladies/ men’s saloon. To be responsible for consumable, towels, sheets and stock of the centre and will maintain necessary record of the same. To study beauty cards of booked in clients for appointment a day prior to appointment and give necessary instructions to therapists. To make the First Skin Analysis and check the Beauty Cards regularly and make appropriate entries in the soft ware. To ensure cleanliness of the beauty section, therapy rooms and men’s saloon. To check attendance of her staff and make necessary arrangements for any absenteeism. To oversee and handle all bridal booking and make-ups. To ensure all Essential oil are mixed and given to the Slimming Manager/ Body Therapist for use in Body Therapies. To ensure equal distribution of work by rotation to Beauty staff. To ensure safe handling and maintenance of all electrical / electronic gadgets of beauty parlour, men’s saloon.
