2. Identify process improvement opportunities, project execution and handling change management, along with production teams.
3. Lead & Facilitate process improvement six sigma projects to achieve continuous improvement
4. Facilitate GBs training and completion of six sigma projects.
5. Provide direction and guidance to tactical and strategic process improvements
6. Establish and implement the basic Quality frame work and continuous improvement framework for the business vertical based on Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, Process Re-engineering
7. Manage line of business engagement and communication for six sigma
8. Facilitate consistency in approach and deployment of programs & methodologies across businesses
9. Work towards baselining making global benchmark for transaction processing
• Lead to deliver breakthrough process changes – internal as well as E2E perspective.
• Drive standardization, simplification and automation thru projects and initiatives driven by RQ/Ops teams.
• Drive Benchmarking projects; facilitate forums for communication & sharing best practices.
