• Record Transactions and Maintain GL
• Recons (Cash, Bank, and Ledger)
• Identify and explain variances
• Support Audit and compliance requirements
• Provide Standard GL reports after MEC and Quarter reporting
• Perform and complete balance sheet account reconciliations monthly/quarterly
• Book accruals and make adjustments as necessary
• Perform period closes in ERP system, both monthly and yearly, rolling forward periods and year end balances
• Process reclassification for taxable/non-taxable sales items
• Correct and post store inventories monthly and verify inventory out of tolerance
