Job Purpose:
* Talking Points from thought leadership [also included in toolkit]
* Newsletters/Articles
* Toolkits for thoughtleadership rollout that includes the following:
* One pager on overall thought leadership broken out by industry and relevance to that industry
* HTML internal comm.
* HTML external letters for clients
* Practitioner Bios
* Internal Communication pieces to DNN (Deloitte News Network), Gateway, Consulting Weekly Deloitte.com
* Consulting Awareness memos that go out to practice
* Miscellaneous pieces announcing publications, events, program, etc that need to be written up and pushed out to the practice, blogs, pod casts, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Create a variety of marketing deliverables including, but not limited to:
1. Surveys
2. Develop communications to Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs), Lead Consulting Partners (LCPs) and Lead Client Marketers (LCMs) regarding upcoming surveys.
3. Develop external HTMLs for LCSPs to send to client with survey
4. Coordinate production of hard copies.
5. External communications
6. Gather and prepare content for postings -this would fall under toolkit development.
7. Receive newsletters/articles, etc.
8. Identify new content for global Deloitte.com site�
9. Prepare content descriptions
10. Finalize and obtain approval for content
11. Gather subscription requests
12. Enter content and description in Deloitte.com content management system
13. Communicate and coordinate with other R10 (Hyderabad)� support teams Knowledge Management (KM), Market Intelligence (MI), Account Marketing (AM) and Program Support
14. Assist in post distribution analysis.
15. Support the review and transfer of information.
16. Review information needs according to a set schedule and work accordingly.
17. Ensure timely delivery of requests deliverable back to industry/functional leads.
18. Help define standardized templates for review/entry of data for analysis and information.
19. Additional responsibilities may include:
20. Assisting in developing templates for various deliverables
21. Arrange for reports/analysis to US Industry Directors and teams on an as-needed basis
22. Support the development of templates for future KM resource. Lead planning of external and internal communication content deliverables for industry and functional marketing deliverables
