1. Recruiting and licensing Advisors.
2. Develop advisors through Coaching, Training.
3. Plan, Monitor and Review advisors on a weekly basis.
4. Help them achieve maximum business.
5. Execution of sales strategy
6. Seek new customers and increase sales
