Repair and fix all trouble shoot. To have thorough knowledge in Adaptation & Adjustment of sewing machines for all kind of sewing operations and fabric, Maintenance of cutting machines, Repair and Maintenance of Pneumatic equipments, Electrical and Air System Installations, Planning and lay outs, Organization of production lines.
Garment Knowledge (Underwear – T-shirt – Polos, and all types of knitted machines)
Reduce sewing machines downtime
Creation of some accessories for sewing machines. Training plan for machine operators (multi-skilling). Developing the performance of machines operators. Developing the performance of sewing machines to increase the quality & production.
