Resume Writting Terms & Conditions
1. The subscriber is entitled to receive an electronic copy of the resume (in Microsoft Word format) from MyJobsInPune.com or its representative PerSoft People. The service does not include a covering letter unless specifically subscribed for.
2. The subscriber guarantees and certifies that the information provided to MyJobsInPune.com is true and correct.
3. MyJobsInPune.com reserves the rights to reject working on any resume at any stage of the process, if it is noticed that the terms and conditions have not been complied with.
4. The subscription amount/charges/fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
5. MyJobsInPune.com does not offer the subscribers any job guarantee. The service only includes receiving a resume developed in line with the industry requirements.
6. MyJobsInPune.com would make all efforts to provide the developed resume within 7 working days (or earlier in case of Express Resume service). However, MyJobsInPune.com is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond MyJobsInPune.com’s control.
7. The time-frame of 7 working days would start from the date on which the subscription amount/charges/fees are received and realised by MyJobsInPune.com and all the requested details are received in full and complete form.
8. In case of queries raised by MyJobsInPune.com or its representative PerSoft People, the subscriber must respond to the queries raised (sent by email) within 3 working days of such a query being raised failing which, MyJobsInPune.com shall stand absolved of all its obligations, if any.
9. MyJobsInPune.com and its representative PerSoft People reserve the right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason.
10. The liability, if any, of MyJobsInPune.com is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
11. The service shall be deemed to have been complete once MyJobsInPune.com or its representative PerSoft People has sent the developed resume to the subscriber.
12. Any dispute is subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts.
